Automations
Create disabled drafts, inspect conditions and activate explicitly.
How it works
Automations initiate work from a configured schedule or event. They begin as disabled drafts so you can inspect the conditions before activation.
What to do
- Define the source, conditions and intended action.
- Review schedule, timezone, permissions and notification behavior.
- Test the intended effect and explicitly activate the automation.
- Pause it before changing settings that could affect external systems.
What to check
Run now is a real execution, not a preview. It uses the same permissions and policy checks. Inspect execution history before repeating a failed external action.
Feature availability depends on permissions, plan, workspace policy and configured services. About availability
