Yasnora for Business

Follow approved sources through cited answers, team drafts and human review in the controlled Business pilot.

01

How it works

Yasnora for Business follows one path: approved company sources → cited answers and team drafts → human review. It is a controlled pilot, not a public self-service launch. Yasnora ID manages organization membership; each workspace controls its sources and chat access. The organization plan is separate from your personal plan.

02

What to do

  1. Manage an existing organization in Yasnora ID. Contact support to request a new organization, then select or create a company workspace in Business.
  2. Owners and admins create a company source collection and upload approved text, Markdown, PDF, CSV, JSON or HTML files.
  3. Wait until processing is ready. Uploading a revised file with the same name to the same collection creates a new document version; older citations may become unavailable.
  4. Select the intended collection before asking Company Desk a question.
  5. Open each citation to inspect the current document version. If no source supports an answer, add a source or ask a more precise question.
  6. Manage organization invitations and roles in Yasnora ID. Invite only colleagues who should access company information; their workspace access follows their organization membership.
  7. Members can propose a correction to a current document. An owner or admin must upload and process a revised version before confirming publication.
  8. Open Team workflows from Business to draft Sales, Operations or Support work. Attach a current approved source to proposals, procedures, checklists and support answers before review.
  9. Assign an owner, reviewer and due date. Review, revise, approve and complete items in Work. An unsupported support answer should become an escalated case, not a confident reply.
  10. For a recurring Operations task, create a daily automation draft from Team workflows, then review and explicitly activate it in Automations. Each run creates a private task; pause the automation when it is no longer needed.
  11. In the Professional work pilot, select current company-source versions, a different active reviewer, and one of Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR or Engineering. Load its structured template and enter facts from the original documents. Label each material claim with a source or as an assumption; record unresolved conflicts.
  12. Submit the private packet for review. The named reviewer can approve or reject it. A participant may copy an approved packet only while its source versions and reviewer access remain current. Copying does not file, post, send, hire, purchase or change code.
  13. Open Company overview for observed work, source and automation indicators. It shows separately workspace-tagged chat usage and requests linked to saved work; these can overlap and must not be added. Historical or untagged requests and other modules may be absent, so this is not total company spend.
  14. In Watch for Business, choose a changed Watch result and a named reviewer. Inspect current fetched-source evidence before the reviewer records a decision. A reviewed signal can create a draft task; no publication or external action follows automatically.
  15. A company workspace owner or admin may explicitly link an SEO project they own. Editors and members can review its latest technical-audit observations; original SEO project permissions do not change. A sitemap submission or AI draft is not a measured conversion.
  16. Search-property totals are a separate sharing choice for the linked project's owner. Existing links keep them private. If enabled, workspace editors see the latest verified provider total and its exact property, period and import time; the property may include more pages than the SEO project. The owner can stop sharing immediately. Disconnected or uncertain sources do not expose the total.
  17. For an approved SEO opportunity in a linked project, a workspace owner or admin can write a campaign brief and create one reviewable Operations task. If complete search data exists, the task records a baseline. After the task is completed, compare only an available, matching post-completion search window. Impressions and clicks are observations, not conversions or proof that the task caused a change.

What to check

Members can ask; viewers cannot send or change sources. Company Desk does not replace professional review. Sources and chats follow workspace retention; removed or replaced documents may invalidate older citation previews. Team workflow approval permits manual export only: Yasnora does not send a message or update a CRM. Professional work is a restricted pilot: its calculations and identifier comparisons are not professional judgments, and no domain-owner sign-off is claimed. New workflow creation needs the organization's Business or Enterprise plan; existing items remain readable after downgrade. The Business page shows the organization's plan and usage separately from your personal account. Workspace chat cost includes newly tagged successful, failed or unsaved model calls only where usage was reported; complete cost reconciliation is still pending. Phase 4 overview, Watch review and SEO sharing remain closed-pilot functions; public Business launch and external connector write actions are not enabled.
