Before you start
Grant camera access only to the Yasnora page in use. Place the document on a stable, well-lit surface, keep every edge visible and check whether the material is permitted for processing.
What to do
- Choose an authorized image with readable text.
- Use the available scan or extraction action.
- Compare extracted names, numbers and tables with the image.
- Correct uncertain characters before saving material to Knowledge.
Verify the result
Crop out unrelated private information before submission. Blurred images and complex layouts can cause recognition mistakes.
If it does not work
If capture or OCR is poor, clean the lens, improve light, remove glare, hold the camera parallel and retake the page. If permission remains blocked, use the browser site controls or upload an existing authorized file. Always compare extracted text with the image.
