How it works

Files move through upload, validation and processing before becoming ready or failed. Uploading a file does not automatically make it available in every Knowledge store.

What to do

Choose the correct workspace and a supported file.
Wait for validation and processing to finish.
Check the ready or failed state before asking questions about the content.
For a failed file, read the visible reason and correct the format or content before retrying.

What to check

Use only files you are authorized to process. Index cleanup and retention may continue after a deletion request; do not assume immediate erasure from backups.
