Computer Use
Use the controlled browser with approvals and deny-by-default networking.
How it works
Computer Use operates a controlled browser through permitted actions. A proposed action remains subject to access policy and approval.
Before you start
Choose an approved site and state the exact outcome, allowed pages and whether the task is read-only. Remove secrets from the task and require confirmation before submission, purchase, publication, deletion or another consequential action.
What to do
- Describe the target and a bounded task.
- Check the allowed site and requested action.
- Review the target and consequence before approving a write or submission.
- Inspect the final page state to confirm the outcome.
Verify the result
Browser controls do not authorize access to unrelated sites or private data. If the runtime is unavailable, do not interpret the visible feature page as an active browser session.
If it does not work
Stop the run when the page, account or requested action differs from the approved scope. Preserve the visible evidence, check whether the site requires fresh authentication and start a new bounded task instead of allowing an uncertain run to continue.
Feature availability depends on permissions, plan, workspace policy and configured services. About availability
