Connection and offline state
An offline notice means the app cannot currently reach a required service. It is different from Private/Local processing, which describes a configured data boundary.
How it works
An offline notice means the app cannot currently reach a required service. It is different from Private/Local processing, which describes a configured data boundary.
What to do
- Check your connection and whether the Yasnora page can reload.
- After reconnecting, verify your session and selected workspace.
- Inspect task state before repeating an action that may have been submitted.
- Use the visible support reference if service access remains unavailable.
What to check
Do not assume cached pages can run models or save changes offline. Private processing still needs the configured runtime to be reachable.
Feature availability depends on permissions, plan, workspace policy and configured services. About availability
