The current catalog and Plan & Usage are authoritative for personal capabilities and limits. A paid plan does not grant access to another project or repository. Project sharing uses explicit same-tenant roles; personal billing and allowances are not pooled by sharing.
Review the result and limitations
Business remains a restricted pilot. An owner or admin can explicitly link an owned SEO project to an authorized workspace; broader search-property totals require separate sharing. Organization plans are separate from personal plans. Existing saved evidence may remain readable after downgrade; new actions still require current role, entitlement and allowance. Verify mutable prices in the live catalog rather than an old article.
