Use the offered Markdown, CSV or JSON export for a saved report. Check its audit date, method, coverage, limitations and intended audience. Immutable client reports describe a historical snapshot; an export is not publication permission, a search request or evidence of an improved result.
Review the result and limitations
Review project access, retention and account/privacy controls before sharing or requesting deletion. Retention depends on data type and policy; do not assume immediate removal from backups. For a problem, provide the public URL, run time, visible error and support reference through support. Redact account secrets, private content and credentials; sign-out alone is not deletion.
