How it works
Tables organize structured records for review and export. Consistent fields and clear units make the records easier to inspect and reuse.
Before you start
Define column names, types, identifiers and the authoritative source before adding rows. Decide how missing values, corrections and duplicate records will be handled.
What to do
- Open the intended table and check its workspace scope.
- Review columns, record values and any applied filters.
- Validate totals or formulas against a sample when relevant.
- Inspect the export before sharing it with authorized recipients.
Verify the result
A table is a structured record view, not automatically a verified analysis. Check missing values and types before using it as input to calculations.
If it does not work
For import or export problems, verify the header row, encoding, separators, number and date formats, and the first rejected record. Treat exported formulas as untrusted input and sample-check totals before using the table downstream.
