Yasnora for Business: sources, roles and review
The controlled pilot from approved company knowledge to human-reviewed team work.
Start with the organization boundary
Yasnora for Business is a controlled pilot. Organization membership is managed in Yasnora ID; a company workspace has its own members, roles, source collections and access policy. Being signed in or paying for a personal plan does not grant company access.
Open an existing organization and select the correct company workspace. Request a new organization through support. New team workflows require the organization's Business or Enterprise plan; plan and usage are shown separately from your personal account.
Approved knowledge → cited answer → human review
An owner or admin adds approved files to a company collection. Wait for processing to finish, then select the collection in Company Desk. Inspect each answer's citation and current source version; an unsupported answer is not an approved company fact.
Team workflows help prepare source-backed drafts for Sales, Operations and Support. A named owner and reviewer decide what can be used. Approval allows manual export only; Yasnora does not send messages or update a CRM automatically.
Team work and specialist packets
Sales, Operations and Support workflows turn approved company sources into private, reviewable drafts. Assign an owner, a reviewer and a due date; approval permits manual export only and never sends a message or updates an external system automatically.
Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR and Engineering packets require current source versions and a different active reviewer. Material claims must cite a source or be marked as assumptions, and unresolved conflicts block approval.
Company overview and Watch review
Company overview reports observed work, source and automation indicators. Workspace-tagged chat usage and requests linked to saved work can overlap and must not be added together; historical or untagged requests and other modules may be absent, so the view is not total company spend.
Watch for Business keeps monitored changes and fetched-source evidence inside the workspace. A named reviewer can record a decision and create a draft task, but publication and external actions remain explicit human steps.
SEO evidence shared with a company
Linking your SEO project shares its technical overview with permitted company editors, but does not share property-wide search totals. The original project owner can separately enable or revoke that broader sharing for one workspace.
When enabled, the latest verified provider total names the search property, period and import time. A property can contain more pages than the project's audited pages. Impressions and clicks are observations, not conversions or proof of a campaign's effect; a disconnected or uncertain source has no available total.
Pilot limits and professional accountability
Finance, legal, procurement, HR and engineering packets are restricted-pilot tools, not professional opinions or external actions. They require current source versions and a separate reviewer; unresolved conflicts block review.
Company overview, Watch review and SEO sharing remain closed-pilot functions. Availability is determined by organization entitlement, role and workspace policy. Public Business launch and automatic external writes are not enabled.
